THE MEDICAL MODEL

ASSESS. ADVISE. ASSIST.

MedAire’s three-part model connects preparation, medical guidance and assistance.

01

Assess

Our Medical Team identifies potential health risks unique to your operation. Drawing on more than 40 years of aviation medical experience, operational data, and peer-reviewed research, our clinicians apply expert clinical judgment to turn those assessments into practical medical response plans that protect your organization and guide crews and operators toward the best possible outcome.

02

Advise

Our Medical Team provides strategic advice tailored to your operational needs. Our experts develop protocols and share best practices to enable your crew to handle medical situations effectively and confidently. This guidance covers more than immediate medical concerns; it includes strategies designed to support your team's overall well-being.

03

Assist

MedAire’s 24/7 Global Response Center connects aviation and luxury yacht crews and operators with medical experts for real-time consultation during routine and emergency medical events. MedAire’s comprehensive assistance framework connects your operation with medical resources and healthcare providers to minimize disruption and maximize safety and care for crew, passengers and guests.

BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER

ONE CONNECTED MEDICAL SUPPORT JOURNEY.

Preparation and response are more useful when the information, equipment, people and follow-through work as one operating model.

BEFORE AN EVENT

Prepare the operation

Review health risks, onboard readiness, protocols and crew preparation before a medical situation occurs.

DURING AN EVENT

Connect people with medical guidance

Use available communications, onboard resources and remote consultation to help the people on scene understand the situation and next steps.

AFTER AN EVENT

Coordinate follow-through

Support the transition from the immediate event to appropriate local care, assistance and operational follow-through when applicable.

OUR PEOPLE
