Medical Director for Aviation Services

Dr. Justin Devlin stands as a recognised authority in delivering exemplary medical services within the aviation industry. Based in Phoenix, AZ, Dr. Devlin oversees MedAire’s global response center and MedLink, ensuring the highest standards of medical care for clients in the aviation sector. His comprehensive role involves managing the daily case management, conducting quality reviews, and spearheading the education and training programmes for the medical team. He also engages proactively with clients, addressing concerns and enhancing their confidence in MedAire’s services.

Dr. Devlin’s journey with MedAire began after a distinguished background in emergency medicine. Following his training at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia and earning his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Tucson, Dr. Devlin moved to Phoenix, where he balanced his role as an Emergency Medicine physician with his position at MedLink. His career progressed when he joined International SOS in 2018, serving as a Coordinating Doctor for international operations. In 2019, he transitioned to MedAire, assuming the role of Medical Case Lead, where he excelled in managing complex medical cases and offering critical oversight.

Recently appointed as the Medical Director for Aviation Services, Dr. Devlin’s expertise and leadership have been instrumental in evolving MedAire's medical support infrastructure. His commitment to continuous improvement is evident through his contributions to the medical team’s educational agenda, ensuring that MedAire’s personnel remain at the forefront of the latest medical practices and standards.
