Careers at MedAire

Bring your expertise to aviation and maritime operations worldwide.

MedAire brings medical, security, training, client service, and operational expertise together for commercial aviation crews and operations, private aviation clients, and yacht owners, guests, and crews. Explore the work, meet our people, review current roles, and create a profile to stay connected as new opportunities become available.

Why MedAire

Expert care starts with people who can think clearly when the situation is anything but ordinary.

Imagine hearing, “Is there a doctor on board?” during a flight, or receiving a request for help from a yacht far from familiar care. Those moments show why specialized medical, security, and operational support matters.

MedAire teams work across disciplines to support commercial aviation crews and operations, private aviation clients, and yacht owners, guests, and crews. The work brings together clinical knowledge, security insight, training, coordination, technology, and long-term client relationships.

As part of International SOS, MedAire offers a workplace shaped by global collaboration and by the values named on the current Careers page: passion, expertise, respect, and care.
