Designed specifically for superyacht crew, MedAire’s Emotional Support solution is a membership add-on that provides confidential access to counselling.
Accessed via the same MedAire phone number, It assists Captains and their crewmembers to manage their wellbeing and develop coping mechanisms. Delivered through a global network, crew members can communicate in the language they are most comfortable speaking, with 60+ languages available.
HOLISTIC APPROACH TO HEALTH: Physical and emotional support issues can often be interlinked, with MedAire’s medical oversight, crew members can build a complete treatment plan
FULLY PACKAGED: Crewmembers may not have emotional support provisions in their personal insurance policies, making the MedAire service easier to access
NO APPROVAL REQUIRED: MedAire’s Emotional Support does not require captain’s approval, which can prevent crew members from reaching out.

MedAire's Emotional Support Service is an affordable add-on to the MedLink subscription that offers crew access to multiple therapy sessions for crew (and their immediate family), both online and in-person depending on location.
There’s full confidentiality for the crew who contact them and, because the costs are subscription-based, crew can call without being concerned about incurring bills (or anyone knowing they’re struggling – one of the biggest hurdles to people seeking help).
