Digital Assessment Kit (DAK)

The Digital Assessment Kit (DAK) is MedAire’s Maritime-specific medical monitoring solution.

It contains essential, medical-grade diagnostic tools twinned with the MediConnect App - a patient assessment tool that sends readings directly to MedAire for diagnosis and follow up recommendations. There is no yearly subscription for the DAK.

Used to gather vital signs data and receive advice to improve patient care, even when WiFi is not available.

• Blood Pressure Monitor: Lightweight and easily adjustable to people of different sizes. 

• ECG Recorder: Approved by the FDA & CE. It is easy-to-use, requiring minimal training. It is not a harness and can be easily applied to the chest of the guest/crewmember.

• Digital Glucometer: Provides accurate results and requires no calibration. 

• Pulse Oximeter: Clips onto the fingertip to provide instant results on: oxygen saturation, blood perfusion and respiratory rate.

• Contactless Thermometer: Reads temperature readings without physical patient contact.

• iPad: With MediConnect App, providing common yachting medical scenarios to assist the responder and speed up intake of patient information
