Hi, I’m Vivien “Viv” Wei, a Senior International Operations Specialist with over 12 years of experience at MedAire, an International SOS company. I've been instrumental in delivering high-level global medical and travel assistance services through effective case management during my tenure.
My role involves supporting high-touch client requests for medical, security, and travel assistance, ensuring each case is handled with care and precision and in alignment with company policies. I am passionate about solving real-world problems and helping people in critical moments.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in international business and am fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, a combination that has strengthened my communication skills and cross-cultural adaptability.
Originally from Beijing, China, I moved to the U.S. and became a proud naturalised citizen. My multicultural background fuels my commitment to diversity, collaboration, and global thinking.
Outside work, I enjoy hiking, Zumba, K-pop, fashion, karaoke, cooking, dancing, stand-up comedy, and ticking off bucket-list travel destinations. I’ve also had the chance to visit several International SOS offices, including those in Beijing and Johannesburg; experiences that deepened my appreciation for the company’s global mission.
