AVIATION EXPERIENCE FROM THE GROUND UP

Commercial leadership grounded in how aviation works

Jodi began her aviation career in reservations at Reno Air before moving into sales, managing accounts across Southern California, and supporting airport operations during busy travel periods.

Roles at National Airlines and America West / US Airways broadened that foundation into sales administration, corporate sales, pricing, and revenue management. The experience gave her a practical view of how commercial decisions affect customers, frontline teams, and the wider operation.

A MEDAIRE CAREER ACROSS FUNCTIONS AND REGIONS

From account management to product and regional leadership

Jodi joined MedAire in Phoenix in 2007 as Director, Account Management. She became Director, Commercial Desk in 2008, helping connect account management with a more integrated commercial-services model.

In 2011, she moved to Singapore to work across MedAire's commercial services and International SOS Medical Supply Services. Her responsibilities subsequently expanded across product, sales and marketing, and Asia Pacific leadership before she became MedAire's GM, Product in 2017.

COMMERCIAL LEADERSHIP AT MEDAIRE

An operating perspective at the commercial leadership table

Jodi returned to Phoenix in 2017 as GM, Americas & Product, combining responsibility for the Americas business with MedAire's product agenda.

She became Chief Commercial Officer in 2024. Her approach reflects the breadth of her career: stay close to the work, understand what customers and teams need from one another, and translate that understanding into stronger products and commercial relationships.
