About Talk to a Peer & Our Partnership
What is Talk to a Peer?
Talk to a Peer by OdiliaClark is a trusted peer support program designed specifically for high-stakes industries like aviation. It's built on a simple but powerful principle: support from those who understand.
At the heart of the program are Peer Support Volunteers—colleagues trained in listening and support skills who provide initial, non-clinical psychological strategies to help develop self-awareness, healthy coping mechanisms, and resilience. They can also signpost to professional support when further help is needed.
Alongside the Peer Support Volunteers are industry specialists, mental health professionals, and an excellent learning and development team who work together to educate, inform, and continuously develop the program, making sure it's integrated into the heart of your workplace.
