How to request compliance documents
PROVIDE THE DETAILS MEDAIRE NEEDS TO VERIFY AND RESPOND TO A COMPLIANCE-DOCUMENT REQUEST.
Certificates of compliance and related compliance documents are provided by request so MedAire can verify the product, document, and operating requirements before responding.
Use this request for
- Certificates of compliance
- Product or kit documentation requested by an operator, auditor, or authority
- Documents tied to a serial number, lot, batch, or expiration date
Identify the document
State the document you need and what it will be used for, including the requesting authority or audit requirement when applicable.
Gather the identifiers
Include the product or kit name and any available serial number, lot or batch number, expiration date, aircraft or vessel identifier, operating country, and relevant authority.
Submit the request
Open the Contact Us form, identify whether you are a MedAire client, and select I need Compliance Documents. Add the identifiers above in the message.
