Periodically, MedAire is notified by the FDA and/or our medical supply distributors of product recalls and shortages which may impact our client’s onboard medical kits. MedAire is responsible to notify our clients of the situation, provide steps for recall methods, or provide alternative drug solutions in a timely manner.
