SUPERYACHT MEDICAL INVENTORY MANAGEMENT WITH MEDITRACK

 

MediTrack is an intuitive medical inventory management tool for yachts, that replaces our previous solution, the Sea to Shore App.

MediTrack simplifies onboard medical inventory management, making it easy to keep supplies accurate and up to date. Accessible via the ‘MediTrack’ tab in our enhanced client portal, key capabilities include:

1. VIEW ORDERS IN TRANSIT AND CONFIRM RECEIPT

After completing your order via the MedAire eShop, you can track it while it is in transit.

Once the order arrives, confirm receipt of the delivery so the medication and equipment appear in your inventory.

For membership clients, this step is essential, as it ensures our medical team can view an accurate record of your onboard inventory.

2. LOG USAGE IN THE MOST CONVENIENT WAY FOR YOU

You can search for medications and log usage in three simple ways:  

  1. From within an individual kit

  2. Using the search bar

  3. Using the barcode scanner 

3. EASILY TRACK USED AND UNUSED MEDICATION

  • Pull usage reports

  • Pull current inventory reports

  • Export reports: Email, print or download

4. RECORD PATIENT USAGE DETAILS TO YOUR LOCAL DEVICE

When medication usage is logged, you can also record patient details for compliance and onboard record keeping.

These details, including personal information, are saved as a PDF on your local device and are not stored in MediTrack.
