Crew Training

MedAire one and two day training courses ensure you and your crew are prepared in the event of a medical emergency at sea. Our professional two day courses are designed under the Maritime Coastguard Agency UK and International Maritime Organisations STCW2010 standards. Our recognised certificates are issued under authority of the MCA UK as an internationally recognised qualification with an expiry date of 5 years.

An internationally certifying, in depth emergency response basics course, recommended for all crew, especially for those vessels which race or cruise more than 3 hours from assistance or 30 nautical miles from shore.
Duration: Two days (16 hours)
Prerequisites: None required, minimum 16 years of age
Certification: MCA STCW Elementary First Aid A-VI/1-3 Certification, valid 5 years
Course Cost: AUD $495.00 (Subject to minimum numbers, 6-12 students)
