Education Services Scheduler
- (Tempe, AZ) Responsible for providing customer/sales support to schedule medical/security training courses worldwide.

Credit Service Representative - (Tempe, AZ) Position is responsible for collecting outstanding and past due accounts; responsible for attaining and maintaining Company Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) standards. Analyzes, verifies and posts transactions to journals, ledgers and other records. Prepares collection reports for management. In addition, the Credit Service Representative is responsible for maintaining and updating customer records. Responsible for assigned general ledger/month end responsibilities and general ledger account reconciliations.

Maritime Sales Manager - (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) Primary client and prospect point of contact within specific geographic region or line of business. Responsible for managing and generating all new business revenues within specific geographic region or line of business. Responsible for managing business and travel expenses related to sales activity.

Claims Administrative Assistant -
(Tempe,AZ) Provides administrative support to Global Services, primarily to the Claims department.

Customer Service Coordinator -
(Tempe,AZ) Responsible for providing customer/sales support and coordination of all training activities.

Finance Director -
(Tempe,AZ) Responsible for managing and administering the annual financial plans including the detail operating and capital budgets, approval of credit levels for clients as necessary and the timely collection of the Company’s accounts receivables. Directly supervises the credit and collection specialists. Requires a balance between strategic thinking, tactical implementation and process oversight. /will operate as a business advisor responsible for driving accountability and sound financial management throughout the organization.

Receptionist - Part-Time
- (Tempe,AZ) Provides efficient and a high level of customer service to visitors and callers to corporate headquarters. Serves as first face to the customer.

Communication Specialist
- (Tempe and Phoenix, AZ) Responsible for processing all client requests for medical assistance/advice and/or travel assistance in accordance with company and department policies. Position is responsible for conforming to MedAire's quality system procedures as documented.

RN Case Manager
- (Tempe, AZ) Responsible for managing the routine medical activity associated with client requests for services. Coordinates, as necessary, interactions between clients, physicians, hospitals and various ancillary medical providers to effect a positive case outcome.

Production Assembler - (Phoenix,AZ) Assemble and repair kits and other equipment.

Administrative Assistant, Education Services -
(Tempe, AZ) Provides intermediate skill-level secretarial and administrative support to assigned department.

Senior Financial Analyst
- (Tempe, AZ) The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Finance Director. The Senior Financial Analyst assists the Finance Director in preparing the annual operating and capital budget and monitoring results against the budget throughout the year. The Senior Financial Analyst also performs several financial analysis as required and requested from time to time from departments throughout the Company.

BGA Sales Manager - (Detroit, MI) Primary client and prospect point of contact within specific geographic region or line of business. Responsible for managing and generating all new business revenues within specific geographic region or line of business. Responsible for managing business and travel expenses related to sales activity.

Medical Instructor - Part-Time - (LA, Burbank or Long Beach, CA - Seattle, St. Louis and Minneapolis) Delivers MedAire developed training programs as directed by Education Services.
