Replacement Program
This once-a-year solution eliminates the need for lengthy inventory reviews, as MedAire proactively contacts you a month before your kit’s expiration date to determine delivery instructions for your brand new kit.

This replacement program is available for the following MedAire kits:

• MCA Class A or B
• First Responder Kit 4.0
• Advanced Medical Kit 4.0
• Ship’s Medicine Chest 4.0

Refurbishment Program
When your vessel is docked in a U.S. port, simply return your kit to MedAire, ensuring your kit is up to the latest industry standards.

This program includes:

• Complete reconditioning of the kit
• Replacement of missing or damaged components (including bag)
• Replacement of contents that are expired or will expire within 12 months
• Updated content card and exterior tag displaying the kit serial number and expiration date

Replenishment Program
Some medications are used with greater frequency than others and need regular replacements to keep inventories full. This program is designed to meet that need, and for vessels that perform their own medical supply inventory reviews.

With this program, MedAire provides:

• Inventory assessment sheets
• Replenishment of specific supplies to stock your medical stores
