You keep your existing AED until a new reprogrammed AED arrives.  Lead times will vary.

  How it Works:

• Complete the online form below and return to Philips
• Philips will ship you an AHA-compliant AED 
• You will return your non-compliant AED to Philips using the same box, but keep original battery, pads and case
• Your MedAire Account Manager can help you with any questions

  Pricing:

• For purchases on or after 11/28/05, there is no charge. Offer expires 12/31/06.
• For purchases before 11/28/05, the price is $280 for each FRx or OnSite.
  As a bonus, you will get a free 2-year extended warranty, valued at $395! Bonus offer extended until 3/31/07.

  Exchange Policy:

• Your FRx or OnSite must be returned within 30 days or you will be charged $1,460 for each OnSite or $1,895 for each FRx

Option B – Return Your Philips FRx or OnSite 

You return your unit to Philips for reprogramming 
and receive it back in approximately three weeks.

  Benefits to you:

• Philips handles the reprogramming for you
• Philips will return your original AED with the same serial number

  How it Works:

• Complete the online form below and return it to Philips
• Wait to receive return instructions and Return Goods Authorization number from Philips 
• Return your non-compliant AED to Philips, but keep your original battery, pads and case
• Philips will ship your original AED/same serial number in approximately 15 business days of receipt*

Note: You will be without your AED for approximately three weeks
